Generally, it is about how what you think creates your world. The universe
is mental, everything begins with a thought, etc., etc. To change the
effects (results) you have to change the inner cause. Geting rid of old
thoughts that were affecting you even though you don't realize it. Actually,
one could see the book as an application of the Kybalion, one of Gann's fav
books on esoteric philosopy.
