Herman Miller Aeron...

I got a perfect condition used one on ebay for about half price a couple of
years ago. They are quite good.

Other thing I haven't seen mentioned is getting the desk height right. ARm
angles can make a difference. By far the most important for me was screen
height. Oh, and don't let the eye doc sell you computer glasses...for me
anyway they were worthless.
