Important Symbology Change for Indices and Futures
Please be aware that effective tonight, 6/1/2005, you will need to use the
following symbology to receive delayed data for some NYBOT indices. The
table below outlines the changes:
Description Old Symbol New Symbol
US Dollar Index $DXY0 $DXY
CRB Index $CRY0 $CRY
Revised NYSE Composite Index $YUY0 $YUY
Russell 1000 Growth Index $GHY0 $GGY
Russell 1000 Regular Index $RY0 $RY
Russell 1000 Value Reg Index $VXY0 $VVY
Russell 2000 Growth Index $GAY0 $GHY
Russell 2000 Regular Index $TOY0 $TOY
Russell 2000 Value Index $VKY0 $VBY
Russell 3000 Regular index $TJY0 $THY
Additionally, you will need to use the following symbol root to receive
delayed data for COMEX Aluminum futures. The table below outlines this
