The backfill features from IB are still in beta. In fact API version
8.5 Beta was only released a week ago with some spec changes so its
still a bit of a moving target.

I have used On Demand Server from http://www.traderssoft.com/ with
data from IQFeed to feed 2ki for the last 2+ years. I have no
experience with IQFeed's forex data, although I know they offer some.
