There is a DLL to reference the NextOpen which is pretty commonly available.
There is also a package of functions by a guy called "bamboo" that allows this. Search the TradeStation forum list for "bamboo" and you should find them. I think they are called something like, "All Data Everywhere".
And there is a set of functions from Avicom, Inc. that includes ways to do that.
