I'm all for the easy way so I just use search *tmp then empty all the
folders .tmp files are found in.  Not just to install Ts2ki but
because they get huge after a year or so.

I've installed and am running TS2000i sp5 on my Windows2000 Pro machines with no
problem.

Note that service pack 5 has a qurk - it does not like to find stuff in the temp
folder on your computer.  It will not load if there are files in the temp
folder.  Just clean out the temp folder and it loads just fine.  Now- just where
the temp folder IS depends on what version of windows you are using.  For
Win2000 and WinXP it should be

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp
