I would try re-installing it - it works on WinXP SP2 w/o any problems
(none here or in the office).
Oddily enough a search turned up the exact same problem - exact same
error, exact same circumstance (reformatting), but under Win98. Probably
something in the TS install fk'd up.
Uninstall the product, then clean out the registry of any old registry
keys (use a program like EasyCleaner 2.0 by ToniArts (freeware) ) then
reinstall. 10-1 the problem should go away.
