Try perhaps this one; it worked for me:
Close Tradestation and Global Server.
Search the file "exchman.txt" ( probably at:Program Files\Omega
Research\Server\DBCOnline\exchman.txt).
Replace the value ( i think it is 39) by 5.
Save the file and open Global Server and Tradestation again.
The problem should be solved.
