help for alert once with TS2000i

Hi guys.

I need an help from you or from everyone that can solve my problem.
I want the trading system to send an email when the price bar crosses
one particolar indicator (similar to moving avarege) I found on the
site a plug in to send email.

In thish moment the site is down I installed it but the problem is
that omega sends an email for every single new tick in the following
5 min-bar that crosses my indicator (20-30 emails...)

The problem persists also using playsound function. I can't
turn "update every tick function" off on every tick because if I do
it, I get the alert too late, when the five minutes bar is completed.

I'd like to have one single alert the first time the bar crosses the
indicator, only one and not at the end of the bar.
