Tradestation 8 does not update indexs at 4 times a minute. They have a much
higher refresh
rate for most indexs.

the $NDX as from the CBOE, TS 8 shows it's from the Nasdaq Marketplace
while ADVFN shows it's from the CME. Does anyone know from which
exchange its truely from so I can change the settings in the Global
Server for TS2ki? This is creating havoc in my trading system.

I also noted the rapid updating of quote data for the symbol $NDX this
morning. I also noted that the 'net change' was incorrect with values near
0
instead of the correct numbers at that time of ca. -10. Since then things
appear to have returned to 'normal' all by itself. So I'm responding just
to let
you know that the problem was NOT unique to your system so you don't have
to
wonder about unknown 'gremlins' lurking in your software/computer THIS
time!
