Offlist - Freeing up the TaskBar & Systray

I don't know how full your TaskBar and SysTray are but mine are chock full
so I decided to try to do something about it.

I have a work in progress that will run in your SysTray and will allow you
to move items between visible and hidden so that TaskBar space is not used
if the screen is not needed. If the attached GIF does not come through it
can be viewed at the following link:

http://users.adelphia.net/~rlscott1/Manage_Windows.gif

The GIF shows the program in the Setup mode with the right pane showing
tasks that can be managed and the left pane showing running tasks that can
be added to the managed tasks (right pane). Double-clicking on a task in
either pane will move the task to the other pane. Note in the GIF that a
number of tasks are hidden (Yellow) and a few are visible (Blue) and one is
included in the monitored task list but is not currently running - (Red) "IP
Address Monitor". Note that I have hidden the TS4 Server because display is
not often needed and is easily displayed if needed. There is one task in
the monitored list that is interesting (Program Manager) which is shown as
visible that when hidden will hide all desktop icons.

The program has been tested on W98se and XP Pro so it will probably work on
most operating systems. If you are interested, a zipped executable can be
obtained at the following link:
