You might try Securities Research Company, Div Babson-United
Investment Advisors, Inc., Babson-United Building, 101 Prescott
Street, Wellesley Hills, MA 02181-3319, 617-235-0900 (not sure if that
area code is still the same). Their chart books are in semi log so
you can compare one to the other directly and I guess they still show
earnings and dividends on them. They are an great tool for longer
term stock traders. Not for day traders.

I was re-reading "One Up On Wall Street" By Peter
Lynch the other day, and I noticed that every chart in
the book is a monthly chart that includes quarterly
earnings figures in the same graph as price (the
earnings numbers are on the y axis on the left side)
Does anyone know of a service where charts like this
can be purchased? Or even just a data service that
provides quarterly earnings numbers in (for ex.) an
ascii file?
