It's probably your firewall causing the download problem. I had the same
problem until I changed the settings on ZoneAlarm. Two programs need to be
manually cleared for internet access. They are avgcc.exe and avginet.exe.
In Zonealarm, click the Program Control tab on the left, then click the
Program tab in the upper right. Then click "add" in the lower right. Add
the above two programs and give them "trusted" status. That should fix it.

Anyone know why my AVG ANTIVIRUS FREE EDITION won't download
updates.............Keeps telling me the "internet connection has failed and
to check my internet settings".......? Also does anyone know how to get the
number of shares available ( i.e., BID AND OFFER)on the board for TSX LISTED
COMPANIES..............Free?
