I thought I'd follow up with the equivalent info for hyperserver Lite with
IB feed. Basically the same process, except that the symbol should be, for
example: ESH5.3C instead of ESH5
The "3" is for futures and over-rides the category. The trailing "C"
overrides the exchange, in this case to CME/Globex. See all the available
exchange codes in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Vendor Data
Feeds\InteractiveBrokers\ExchangesList.txt".
Once you've set them up this way you're good to go, although I don't know
anything about backfill.
