Question about T-note data

Hi,

    I am confused about the 10 yr t-notes and bond
data in TS8. For a continuous contract I see that way
back in 1985 it was treaded at 10-15 range and today
it is around 111. However as I know t-notes and bond
have never treaded below maybe 90. So does anyone know
why this is so ?

    Is it some backadjustment for continuous contract
?
