Password Error TS2k Solution

Hi Guys,
 
This was provided by Melody Blais at TS Support today and works. Also, I
want to thank Clayton and Jimmy for there support with TS2k issues.

Please delete the password key from the registry using the following
steps.
 
Click Start - Run and type regedit into the Open: edit box.
On the left side of the split screen locate and open the
HKey_Current_User folder.
Under the HKey_Current_User folder locate and open the Software folder.
Under the Softare folder locate and open the Omega Research folder.
Under the Omega Research folder locate the Password folder.
Highlight the Password folder and right mouse click on it; select Delete
from the shortcut menu.
 
Search for RASMON.BIN and DDEFACT.BIN and delete them using the
following steps.
 
Click Start - Search - All files and Folders.
Ensure that Look in: displays the C:\ Drive.
Type RASMON.BIN into the search box and click the Search button.
Delete the files found by right mouse clicking on them and selecting
Delete from the Shortcut menu.
Type DDEFACT.BIN into the search box and click the Search button.
Delete the files found by right mouse clicking on them and selecting
Delete from the Shortcut menu.
 
If the Search does not find the files please ensure that you are showing
all files and try again. If Search still doesn't find them, look for
them manually on the C:\ drive.
 
Reinstall TradeStation using the password I previously sent. You should
not lose any information. However, it is always a good idea to make
backups a part of your regular routine. I have included the link the
