Thanks all for the contributions and for the interested, Chris gave us a 
link and an attached file, solidus.ela, which provides functions and 
indie code that works in TS2Ki here prefectly.

The lines are intended to be extended and a right click on any line 
brings up a window containing "extend right"

To try another combo of anchor points, delete and renew the letter or 
letters or grab one with the pointer and move it to another spot and 
click "status" twice.
