Hello List,
i think this is just great! eskimo needs to experience some of what
it is dishing out as far as anti spamming is concerned. the shoe is
on the other foot now and you don't like it. you could take that page
on aol and put my name where eskimo is ant and your name where the big
bad aol is at and there you have it.
i run my own mail servers on dedicated ip's that are assigned and
listed in arin - just like all the big boys and yet you have block
banned me and thousands of other users who used to be on this list.
that is exactly why the list seems so dead these days - your spam
control and lack of understanding about what you have done. btw this
has nothing to do with the list and the fine job you do hosting or
even personal. but as a isp you guys stink and i think you really
know you do.
before you go around banning block ips you should do some reading and
not just follow the latest fad in spam control. i have a challenge
response white list implemented so anyone who wants me can get me even
eskimo people. but that's not the case with you guys even after my
repeated request till im blue in the face thats why i have this
ridiculous long email address specifically to receive e-mail from this
list if anyone ever wondered.
look at the email traffic drop off since you started banning blocks of
ip's its a real crime.
