questions

1)I know that IB waives exchange fees if
commissions per month exceed i think $30 bucks.
This HSL product.. does it hook directly into TWS
in which case we don't have to pay esignal's $20
exchange fees for eminis anymore since we can drop
that subscription, or do you need to hook into
IB's servers and thus pay IB for
connection/exchange fees.

2)Can HSL coexist with some other data vendor
production such as esignal as long as only one
data provider is being used?
