TS2k Reinstall

Hi All,
 
I had to reload TS due to running slower and slower.  I did a complete
delete after backing up as I have had to do many times before.  But don't
have a working program that accesses my Metastock data.
 
The TS install destroyed my backups with deletion, a first, and not
retrievable with Norton Unerase.
 
I now get the error message when I try to reinstall of "Could not load the
setup or translator library Omega Fundamental32"
 
I can load existing worksheets and charts but can't edit or add a new
Metastock format symbol.  What I wanted to do was recreate all my charts to
start over.
 
I have the TS2k v4 install disc, SP5 install disc and the Universe5 service
pack but nothing gets me back to a working program.
 
Tradestation World support says that they return phone calls, still waiting.

Any thoughts or ideas?
