Hello everyone,
The answer below, allows you to specify a different sound for each
signal/showme etc.. you build.
Another (rudimentary) alternative is to go to Windows Sound Manager and to
assign a sound to any of the "Omega Research Tracking Center" Program Event.
In this case, the same sound will be triggered for all your alerts, another
sound for all your active orders etc...

In the Power Editor choose tools then find to find Playsound. It will show
you the code to call the sound from a location. You can build or use any Wav
file.
