money wrires out of TradeStation Securities

I sent Trade Station Securities a fax yesterday asking them to wire 
money from my account, and followed up with a phone call today asking 
for confirmation of fax receipt.

I never got a response.

I got a promise from Patricia today that I would get a call back in an 
hour.  That didn't happen.

And I still haven't gotten my wire.

Anybody have experiences about getting money out of TradeStation Securities?
