hotmail new 250mb account size

Hi List:

Any one who has a hotmail account will notice lately, it is automatically 
increased to 250mb size.

Seems to be good for sending files.

I cannot open any attachment (allowed types) for about several months now. 
They will be scanned by Mcafee to be free from virus, but when I click 
download now...it will just go back to the Sign in page.

I had emailed their HELP many times, only getting a machine answered reply.

Anyone having the same lucky opportunity?
