Yes, I Have the same. European eSignal Turbo feed is down since 19h45 Paris
time and still is now.
Downloading from eSignal plug in has always worked fine for me and never
required any reboot or anything else.
May be some sort of corruption somewhere.
Did you try to reinstall either the plug in or TS ?

Thanks everyone for the super-fast replies. Nice to know it's not TS and
the GS.
I hate recovering data with the "Download from eSignal" plug-in. It
tends to lock GS after the download so another reboot is required...
Ah well, is it time for a beer yet...?
