time works against any limit order means that
if the limit order is filled in a strategy and not in
your account there is a reason for it: market tends to
run away. the more time goes on the further market
runs away from the limit price. I think (or am I sure)
in CME price can not cross through your limit price
and leave your order unfilled. If the strategy shows
limit order filled and the account does not, it is
because the price just touched the limit and then
reversed and ran away.
