Thanks dennis 4 that ...
but what i want to do [i think...maybe] is create my own index of interest
rates for each area ie country , and then compare the interest rate of the
US to that of EURO , Japan ,Australia etc on a daily basis using EOD data on
ustbonds and eurobunds , etc .... I am sure there is more to it than it
sounds. Maybe i need to factor in exchange rates , or GDP figures maybe? or
can i create an International index and then see which country index is
outperforming the International index?
I found this document
http://www.econs.ecel.uwa.edu.au/erc/erc/interestrate.pdf
but i have trouble reading it coz my brain keeps stopping :O(
[maybe i should sit down and read it after i get some sleep?]
any help appreciated
Cheers
Cameron
