It's remote control software that beside controlling a remote PC also
can just view the screen. (view only)
So you will see everything he does in semi-real time.
For the chat you can use about anything. IRC/ICQ/messenger/...
Sometimes it's easier to show how something is does then explain it.
In such a case you can take over the remote machine and take control
of it.
