TS8, the one you lease month to month from TS, does provide a way to
place order, exclusively to TS brokerage. However, there are many 3rd
party software available to place TS generated orders to 3rd party
brokers. Some of the well known ones:
- dynaorder.com
- hypertrader.com / .it
- tradebolt.com
etc.

emails.
Nope. Just send some of those email to your self. It's pretty simple
actually.
3. Does it make sense (fee-wise or other) to use the TS software to trade
either manually or automatically with a different broker - are there people
using Ameritrade for example?
Yes. TS's commission is pretty competitive actually. But people use
other brokerages - I use IB. I am not sure about anyone using Ameritrade
to autotrade - they have an API?
