OT-BHO registry entry

Hi List:

Lately my winxppro running TS2ki had been giving out an alert like this:

Spyware Guard BHO Protection

BHO Registry Entries removed for {abcd1opq-b832-2A09-epg1-59v4o1zz7my}

and it will give me an option to Remove it or allow it to stay.

Once I answer:  REMOVE, it allows me to click it off.

Does anyone else get this same kind of alert?    I receive it AFTER I get a 
window update last week.
