thanks for the info. I think I found it. There is a bit of confusiion in the
install documentation where you
you have a choice to select DBC subsever or DBC online Subserver. If you
highlite DBC Subserver it tells
you that it supports among other things esignal online. And it fact it does,
witnessed by the fact if Esignal
is started GS picks up on that and runs fine. However its DBC online
Subserver that needs to be selected if GS is going to start esignal. I
believe the first time thru I jumped to DBC subserver read the note and
didn't even see their was another better choice.

Jerry,
Same way I did it. Then when all was working I ran the install for the
Plugin.
I would reinstall TS2ki on top of this install and be very careful when
you get to the DBC online section the correct one to choose gives you
a second page with three options I believe. One clearly shows Esignal
online. My guess is you were zipping though the install and might have
clicked the wrong one. If I have misnamed the DBC online or Esignal
online then I'm sorry but I don't remember exactly what they are
called. I do know if you don't see a list of three things that this
part of the install works for then you have the wrong DBC window and
need to go back.
I wont tell you where I learned that mistake.
