Bob,
Cool. I was wondering the other day if anyone was still using NT4
with TS2ki. Congratulations.
Never seen the cascading screens. Kind of sounds like a NT problems
but I doubt it.
You either have a workspace that has gone corrupt or you are due for a
clean install of TS2ki. Maybe you can get by with a simply overwrite
install but it isn't usually worth it unless you are in a hurry and it
is Friday so you probably aren't.
If you have a different workspace you can open or a backup copy of the
one that went crazy then try that just to see.
So if you want to mess with it a while then reboot and try a different
workspace. When that doesn't work then try a reinstall right on top
of what you have now. When that doesn't work then do a clean install
per my document TS2ki repairs. ******One change to it*****.
RENAME YOUR Omega Research folder to OR2. Be sure you have enough disk
space for two copies of that folder. Then do the clean install and then
copy back to the new install the PDS and MyWork folder. Also copy back
the Universe folder if you have made changes to it or do it if you don't
know.
If a clean install doesn't fix it then look at a new install of NT4.
OUCH. Be sure you have a place to save your PDS and MyWork folders
such as a different drive or computer. Be very careful if you have a
second drive NT doesn't install on it. I'm a chicken so I just unplug
the second drive.
Let me know if you have any questions.
