If you don't have a drive problem now I would think the ATA drive
would be fine but boy those SATA drives are cool. Much faster and
helps me with my older machine. Opening 5 minute charts if you save 5
minute data is pretty fast so you may not see any improvement except
when you open all your workspaces at one time. Once again if you
don't have a problem now with any ATA drive you really don't need the
SATA.
