I still have to see a NN trained by GA that holds its promises over huge unseen
dataserie.

GA is curve fitting at its best, but brings no intelligence at all to the final
system.
GA is also the easy path to  real world like illusion.

Plug a GA on a NN and the NN will become intelligent.
The key is in the belief...

   Training a NN for a supposed good result is not a piece of cake. Even if you
are
   an expert.
   The problem has too many solutions and false tracks to follow and you may
spend
   a lifetime doing such a research .

Which is why Genetic Algorithms are very handy tools.  It is not
necessary to obtain the optimum result, "close enough" is sufficient
for profit.

The biggest drawback to a classic NN is the lack of a "no match"
outcome.
