I recently did a clean install of TS-4 under XP-Pro --
These are the steps that were required to get the Dongle working:
1) Make sure the Dongle is firmly inserted in the Parallel Port
2) To enable Windows programs to check the Dongle under Windows XP,
copy the Virtual device driver (DLL) into the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory
and the DOS and Physical device drivers (SYS) into the
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS
