pushpop.dll update time. Can it be instantanous?

Is there a way with pushpop.dll function to
instantaneously transfer the value pushed into another
chart or does it have to wait until the end of the
main chart bar (where the value is pushed)?

It looks like to me that if PUSH is used in a main
chart in an indicator, POPLAST in the second chart
won't get a value from main window indicator until the
bar closes in the main chart.
