I use TS for most of my research. A lot of things about TS tick
me off, but I find it's the most productive environment for most
of what I want to do.

When I need to do something that TS can't do without excessive
kludging, usually portfolio-based testing, I often pick up WL.
Then I get so annoyed at it that I drop it until the next time I
have a portfolio question.

I had some pretty extensive discussions with Dion (WL developer)
about the things I perceived as serious deficiencies in WLD2.1.
A few of those got fixed or improved in WLD3. Most things that
troubled me, though, Dion didn't see as a problem or didn't think
he could fix within the existing WL paradigm.
