If for any reason you don't like NetTransport,
streambox VCR does the same job, though I don't
believe it has been updated for many years.

I believe development stopped after receiving
nastygrams from Real/MSFT Re using their proprietary
algorithms without licensing, same issue open source
video editor virtual dub faced.

Is anyone aware where on the computer RealPlayer caches streaming audio
files, and under what names?
Are they retrievable, and can they be fed back to RealPlayer again?
