Pretty incredible prices ($800 to $1250.00), especially when you can find a scanned version of it for free
on the file sharing networks (WinMx & Open Nap)...well it's not completely free, you have to have a lot of
patience and know how to use the Open Nap networks, but it's there, all 21 mbytes of it.
