Probably not. I've been getting the same thing.
Somebody on this list has it. The thing scanned his hard drive for every
email address it could find. Then it spoofed the return addresses,
sending the virus apparently FROM every address TO every address. 100
addresses --> 100*100 = 10000 messages. What a waste of bandwidth.
