Number of pixels resolution. A 17" and a 19" monitor will both
have some standard resolution, like 1280x1024 or 1400x1120. The
resolution determines how much information you can put on the
display. If you see a 17" display and a 19" display, and they both
have the same resolution, it's a waste of money to buy the bigger
more expensive one.
