ER2 H4 set up question on eSigna

I am running ts2ki with eSignal and have a question on setting up ER2 H4 
to global server.
I set up from the "Add New" from the Insert Symbols into Portfolio by 
using the following:
Symbol Future ER2 H4, CME and added the required additional info but 
when connected
it will no collect and data. I just did this to YM H4 with no problems.

Any help would be appreciated, maybe email me a c/c direct for speed as 
get my by digest.
