Many moons ago when MetaStock was a DOS program I contacted them
asking the same question.  I was faxed an DNA and after completing,
was posted a several page document with a breakdown of their
proprietary data structure.

I would try google & your local friendly P2P networks first,
failing this, phone the MetaStock people.  They must get this
request all the time as they had the NDA & documents at the ready.
