My trading plan is written down in the form of EL system code. The
"plan" is to be a good clerk and take every trade the system tells me
to.
My trading journal is a simple Excel worksheet where I type in the
theoretical TS fills and my actual fills with a (seldom used) space for
a note if anything unusual happened on the trade.
