One important question is what do you expect from the software? Once you
have the list then you can cut down quite a few. :)

Take a look at http://www.smartquant.com/forums. QuantStudio is a
framework
for building your systems with the .NET platform. There are shortcomings
like the difficulty of learning C#, VB.NET, etc. and documentation is
somewhat
lacking right now. We are actively working on improving the docs,
though.
I think there's also AmiBroker that Duke did not mention.
