I use Spybot, and it does a great job. Since turning on its immunize
function, I haven't gotten any more spware. I do run Adaware in addition.
Although you didn't ask the other security software I run is:
Firewall = Zone Alarm Pro 4.5
Antivirus = F-Prot for Windows
Anti Trojan = DCS TDS-3
Anti Worm = DCS Wormgard
