How to Workspace Assistant in TS2000i on Text Format Data ?

Good morning all,

Here's an interesting puzzle that occurred when I
tried to switch from CSI format data to text format
data.

How do you run Workspace Assistant in TS2000i on Text
Format Data, and not have it ask you for field order
(date, open, high, etc.) and date format
(month-day-year, etc.) for each symbol?  

My temporary solution is to create identical
portfolios of CSI format and text format data.  The
text data is used by another process I've recently
added that only has text data in common with TS.  Just
wondering if there is a method to avoid the extra
portfolio processing time and extra storage space of
having parallel CSI and text formats.
