from my limited knowledge of hacking, it looks like somewhere you were
infected with a asp script that was searching your hard drive. the
script was and is most likely in your browser file storage area. every
time you bring your browser up the s.htm script is (cgi script i
think) is searching for hacker specified items.
thing of it is that the script may not be named s.htm it may be
something else. and see if you can find it it may not be in the
folder specified either.
