Hi Jim-
Not sure of the exact db rating at this time.
As, I'm still completing work on the unit.
aka..parts acquired, but system not assembled.
The CPU fan noise is going to be fixed, as these are
Intel Boxed procs. However, I suspect that most of the
noise is going to come from the 15K drive, plus the
drive cooler. Although, I haven't decided if I'm going
to go with one that is a combo heat-sink and fan
component.
When completely assembled and all lights green, I'll
get a db rating and get back to you and the list.
I'm hoping Ear Muffs aren't going to be necessary..
