TS2k still on DST?

Is anyone else having trouble with their TS2k not coming off 
Daylight Savings Time this morning?

I've got ticks coming in, but TS thinks the session hasn't 
started yet, as of 8:45 CST.  I've double-checked the exchange 
setup and verified all pertinent exchanges use DST rules and come 
off DST on the last Sunday in October -- which was yesterday.  
But all the ticks are timestamped an hour earlier than they 
should be.

Help?
