Is CIS Tick Market Data gone?

I tried to access C.I.S. Market Data to order some
tick data but their site at:

www.bayou.com/~smcg/home.htm

is only one page and doesn't allow you to go to other
pages to order or to list their products.

There previous address at:

http://moss.bayou.com/smcg 

comes back with "connection refused"

Does anybody have their email address or has anybody
ordered from them recently?
